Panama room is named after the Inter-American Convention on International Commercial Arbitration which is also known as the “Panama Convention”. This multilateral agreement regulates the conduct of international commercial arbitration and the enforcement of arbitral awards. This convention is similar to the New York Convention and was open to signature by all 35 members of the Organization of American States (OAS).
Both Geneva and Panama rooms are located on the 6th floor of the building and are ideal for Mediation and Conciliation use.
